For travel planning, check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.
The Inn has a staff member on-site 24 hours and late check-ins are accommodated. If you will be checking in after 8:00 PM, the courtesy of a phone call is appreciated so that our hosts know when to expect your arrival.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM, and late checkouts are provided when available.
At the time of your reservation, we request a credit card to reserve your stay. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
We accept cash, business checks, and all major credit cards.
We ask that you do not bring in candles, bubble bath, or rose petals. If you would like candles, please contact us about our romance packages. The Inn will be happy to provide battery-powered, flickering candles during your stay. Open flame candles are strictly prohibited. Bath salts or bath fizzes are welcome.
Our Inn is a non-smoking facility and we do not allow any pets, however, we welcome service animals with the proper identification tags. Appropriate fees will be charged for violations.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
We accept gift certificates purchased directly through Inn on the Hill. We do not participate in the gift certificate program featured on bedandbreakfast.com.
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Unless noted, gift certificates are transferrable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
