Inn On The Hill Policies

For travel planning, check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.

The Inn has a staff member on-site 24 hours and late check-ins are always accommodated. If you will be checking in after 8:00 PM, the courtesy of a phone call is appreciated so that our hosts know when to expect your arrival.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and late check-outs are provided when available.

At the time of your reservation, we request a credit card to reserve your stay. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check-out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

We accept cash, business checks, and all major credit cards.

Inn on the Hill is handicapped accessible. The Sundance Room on the main floor offers a fully accessible room with wheelchair access to the main floor only. This room meets all ADA requirements.

We ask that you do not bring in candles, bubble bath, or rose petals. If you would like candles, please contact us about our romance packages. Bath salts or bath fizzes are welcome.

Our Inn is a non-smoking facility and we do not allow any pets. Appropriate fees will be charged for violations.
